Jeff,

They make it sound like every VIVO has a linked open data API out of the
box:

https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/VIVO/Linked+Open+Data+-+requests+and+responses

but can't tell if that's accurate (a configuration question or a
documentation question) or if there's a good way to do a list all {things}
without actually hitting SPARQL. Some other options, one referencing the
Solr index:

Probably just a matter of tracking down a obscure routing structure than
anything else.
