INC NEWS - Blaire Thompson Drug Dealer Liability Act

It is an interesting idea to hold drug dealers liable for some of the damage they cause in our community.  The Blaire Thompson Drug Dealer Liability Act would allow former drug addicts to sue drug dealers.

The membership of INC may not agree that the idea is good.  That said, would INC endorsement even help this bill?  I am afraid that all I know about bills was learned by watching School House Rock.  Oh, I'm just a bill, sitting on capital hill...........
