INC NEWS - new neighbor wanted

I was asked to post this to the list server by one of the delegates of
INC. She'd like to find a new neighbor for a home that recently became
available due to the death of the professor who lived there. It is
locatedin the Emorywood Estates Neighborhood and you'll have a bunch of
wonderful neighbors in a caring and concerned  neighborhood to greet you.

It is located at 1725 Alfred Street. It's a well-built and landscaped
(mostly brick exterior) with a 2 car side-loader garage. It sits on a
spacious corner lot. It has 3 bedrooms (up) and a possible 4th down (if
you don't use it for a home office or library; it has built-in bookcases).
All of the baths are ceramic tile, It has a sunroom on the rear, 2
fireplaces (one in the den and one in the living room), a wet bar in the
lower level den (it is a split level), a master bedroom with private
balcony and jacuzzi, and a whole lot more to offer its new owner. It's
about 2800 square feet of living space and located in a neighborhood full
of actively involved neighbors. From the photos I have, it looks like a
well cared for home in a well kept neighborhood.
