INC NEWS - please ban sale of "rose in a glass" drug pipes in Durham

Dear neighbor,

Please support an ordinance to ban the sale of "rose
in a glass" drug pipes in Durham. 

Chicago, California, Michigan, and Florida have passed
laws prohibiting the sale of these drug pipes.
Charlotte and Greensboro outlawed these glass stems
four year ago.

Durham doesn't need to be the source of drug-pipes for
our neighbors.
