Durham Together for  Resilient Youth (TRY) presents: 
April 19, 2008  Durham Take a  Stand! 1 PM-4 PM Courthouse Steps and Downtown 
Plaza 
Join us on the  Courthouse steps on Main Street at 1 PM to "stand" against 
substance abuse.  March with us to the Downtown Plaza for food, music, 
interactive demonstrations  and information. Alcohol Awareness Month Event 
April 29, 2008  Spiritual Care to Addicted Persons and their Families - Free 
Training  (CEUs) 
9 AM -2:30 PM DPS  Staff Development Center 2107 Hillandale Rd  
Our vision is that  Durham  County churches,  faith leaders, and their 
ministerial staffs will become knowledgeable and  comfortable in addressing issues 
related to addiction and helpful in referring  affected persons and their 
families to appropriate  resources.
