INC NEWS - East Durham Open House Tour this weekend!

Join us for the Old East Durham Open Home Tour!

Realtors, architectural buff, prospective buyers and do-it-yourself 
renovators...start at 201 S. Driver St. to begin your tour.

Sunday, September 21, 2008
1-4pm  (tour takes about an hour, and homes will not be available after 4pm)
FREE to the public

Half the homes on the tour are owner occupied and residents will 
share their experience as renovators and neighbors.

The other half are homes available for sale through Preservation 
Durham.  Volunteers from Preservation Durham will be there to give 
you information about the historic homes.

SPECIAL FEATURES include a renovator's workshop in 118 S. Driver St. 
and a yard sale by TROSA in front of the old school on S. Driver 
St.  Information packets will include rehab-purchase loan 
information, maps of the homes you can visit, and neighborhood group 
information.

The weather should be great and will be waiting to meet you!
