The October 14 meeting of Planning Commission will be hearing a whole bunch of proposed changes to the UDO:

* 07-15: hotels and motels, with a minor use permit, could have access through a residential district
* 07-19: Conservation Subdivisions (Melissa -- why is this back?)
* 08-03: Carnival Hours
* 08-01: Height in IL districts in compact areas downtown (it does preserve lower limits near edges)
* 08-07: Nightclubs and Bars downtown -- they would be allowed within 50 feet of a place of worship in Downtown Tier
* 08-08: Public notice -- making e-mail ok

Regards, pat
