INC NEWS - Durham Central Market potluck (Oct 26 @ 5PM)

NEWS, NEWS!  Durham Central Market will be holding a Founders’ Celebration & Community Potluck, Sunday, October 26th, 5-7pm.  

The location is the Trotter Building, 410 West Geer Street (at Rigsbee.)   

Everyone is invited.  Bring a dish to share.  If you really want to be “green” bring your own napkins, cups, plates, flatware.  Although there’s no kitchen in the facility, we will have a small clean up station.  

The potluck is to celebrate Durham Central Market’s first fund drive and to bring in new members.  This initial fund drive which began at the Festival for the Eno and provides founders with a special founding owner’s t-shirt, will close October 31, 2008.  Shares will continue to be sold thereafter.  

These funds are intended for developing a market analysis and hiring consultants experienced with successful co-ops. Member shares are $100 for an initial buy in.  You may add an additional household shopper (age 18+) for $40.
