Chuck:

"We" should be thanking you. You were a tireless 
advocate for saving the Y and keeping the 
Tuscaloosa-Lakewood, Long Meadow, and surrounding neighborhoods stable.

And thanks to all the other neighbors who served on the "Save the Y" committee.

This solution, hammered out by neighbors, Durham 
Public Schools and County leaders, and the Y is 
just another example of how great Durham can be when we all work together.

I believe in Durham!
