If you live in a Homeowners Association or are a board member of an HOA please consider coming to the North Carolina Annual meeting of Community Association Institute http://www.cai-nc.org/ on Sept 25th.   

I've been a member of CAI since 1999 and highly recommend them as an excellent resource for best practices, practical board member training and assistance in getting answers to even tougher questions facing communities of common interest now a days.

While the registration fee is not expensive,  it might be a stimulus for some to actually join the organization.

Regardless,  please consider coming next Friday and learning more about how to solve problems and even prevent them by attending the educational seminars!
