Pat's right, I do have a comment. More of a request. Please, before you  
purge that list, mail out a postcard to everyone, saying ~ FINAL NOTICE.
 
Also please update PAC2's info, as I have been Co-chair going on four  
years, but have failed to update you.

I'm CCing the President of Duke Park, Dan Read, who has been President at  
least that long.
 
While the contact info you have for Duke Park is probably correct, if Dan  
doesn't update you, it doesn't mean Duke Park has suddenly disappeared. Nor  
would PAC2, even if a past co-chair hadn't just alerted me that he is still 
 getting the PAC2 mailings.
 
That list is too important to purge without attempting to contact the  
effected neighborhoods. Perhaps INC could help by trying to make  contact. Makes 
me miss the days when INC, DCVB and the City/County combined  voices in 
calling for neighborhoods to update their info.

The Durham City-County Planning Department  maintains a list of community 
organizations that want to receive  notice of all applications for 
development approval located near them. We are  currently updating this Community 
Organization Directory (formerly the  Neighborhood Organization Directory) to 
obtain accurate contact information.  You are listed as the contact for your 
organization. Please provide the  following information for yourself or the 
current contact: 
·          Neighborhood or Organization Name 
·          Contact Name 
·          Contact Address  
·          Contact Telephone Number 
·          Contact Email Address 
You may also list up to two additional contacts. We  intend to compile the 
final list after Friday, March 31st, 2011.  Any group not responding by that 
date will be eliminated from our records.  Please submit your information 
via the form located on the web at
