City Hall Plaza Construction Update

Construction update announcing upcoming construction items for Week of
May 9 -13, 2011

 

New Water Line is the Focus of this Week's Construction

 

The contractor will continue the installation of the new water line for
City Hall Plaza. Last week, two connections were made to the waterline
at Mangum and Liberty Streets.

 

The contractor continues to coordinate and maintain access to the
loading dock and City Hall entrances. The loading dock driveway
reconstruction will begin in late May. During this two week period,
there will be no access to the loading dock.

The new water line for City Hall Plaza was successfully connected to
existing lines on Mangum and Liberty Streets on April 30.

 

 

The new storm drain installation continues to 
weave in and away  from existing underground 
utility lines underneath City Hall Plaza.

City Hall Annex Project

The roof repairs for the City Hall Annex are proceeding as scheduled.
