Thanks Pat.  Please let us know when you see anything for a change in usage for Avondale and S. Alston Roads (the specific location is the former church, across from the car wash at the corner of 55/Avondale).

The owner wants to put a gym/recreation center there, along with a restaurant, etc.  However, he has changed the site plan around 10-times.

I'd like to keep an eye on it.
