Weather:

 

The weather may be inclement, but it is not indecent, which is more than we
can say for the forecasts.  (We will not comment on the forecasters.)

 

We will proceed with the meeting as scheduled -- tonight, at 7:00 Golden
Belt, Bldg. 2, 3rd Floor in the INC conference room. Agenda may be adjusted
as the situation unfolds.  Also, NIS has requested some time to discuss
coffee with council and there is another item that may require a vote (more
below) by delegates or by executive committee.

 

In the event that there is no quorum, we will proceed in executive session
at least to consider the following:

 

1.  Resolution opposing TC1200012 a/k/a Resolution Regarding Proposed
Changes in Density of Multi-Family Developments.

 

2.  [New Item] Tom Miller has applied for an open seat in the Join
County-City Planning Commission (JCCPC) and is requesting INC's support.
Filling of vacancies usually is reviewed in a work session, but there isn't
one this week and appointment may be put on the February 3 meeting agenda.

 

INC meetings are open to the public.  People can also weigh in on these
matters by attending, contacting their INC representative, getting their
neighborhood to join INC (probably not possible by this evening, among other
things requires $25 check if not already a member neighborhood) or
contacting a member of the INC Executive Committee, comprised of:
