[Durham INC] Call for Agenda Items for February INC meeting

Hello INC Delegates,

Our February monthly INC Delegates meeting is next Tuesday, February 25, at
7 p.m.  If you have items for the agenda, please let me know by the end of
this week (Friday 2/21).

At this point, we have the following topics penciled in on the agenda:
- Presentation from the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission on
results of their Neighborhood Bike/Ped survey
