[Durham INC] [pac2] robo political calls from Amber

Hey Ed,

I think since Amber apparently didn't identify herself as a member of a political campaign, she was out of line.  I am an independent so I get calls from everybody, I laugh and delete them!

Frontier is not a participant, but the org had a suggestion of what to ask them
