[Durham INC] Today 10 Duke Alert test

I am on Clay's contact list and he knows that I get the word out to the
Duke Forest Neighbors, Anderson-Wrightwood, and Tuscaloosa-Lakewood
listservs.  Although this was later notice than he typically gives, it went
to these three listservs immediately.
