Applicants Encouraged to Serve on the Civilian Police Review Board
Applications are now being accepted for the Civilian Police Review Board. There are currently five vacancies on the board, which reviews the Professional Standard Division's handling of complaints made against employees of the Durham Police Department.

Improvement Project Temporarily Closes Twin Lakes Park
Significant improvements are in store for residents who use Twin Lakes Park. A new artificial turf surface is being installed on the soccer field, which means nearby residents will have to find a different place to play for the rest of the month.
