21c Museum Hotel Opens for Business
Durham's new 21c Museum Hotel is officially open for business in downtown Durham. The combination of a boutique hotel, museum, restaurant and bar is located in the renovated Hill Building. City Council Begins to Decide Position on Key Light Rail Decisions
City Council members are beginning to decide their position on key decisions regarding the Durham-Orange Light Rail Transit project. City Council Approves Joint City-County Economic Development Strategic Plan
A proposed Joint City-County Economic Development Strategic Plan is one step closer to providing a blueprint for Durham's economic development efforts. The City Council approved the plan at its March 16 meeting. The plan will now be presented to the Board of County Commissioners in April.
