[Durham INC] UDO changes and zoning maters

Regarding the cases at the bottom of the list, off the top of my head I
know the Hopson case, Circle K on Frasier, Brier Creek Assemblage and
Mangum/Glendale are all on tonight's city council agenda.

I think the Circle K deserves an especially close review if anyone is
inclined.
