[Durham INC] FW: FYI these are still being used

On Friday, Mike Woodard contacted the postal higher-ups in Greensboro about similar incidents in East Durham.  The person he spoke to promised to get on it.  I guess Mike can add this to the list.
For other people on the INC list, if you hear of this happening in your neighborhood, inform people that it is a violation of postal regulations, and they should not simply accept it.
