I am confirming that I will be on your calendar to speak on March 22, 2016 at 7 pm.  I will have two other staff members attending with me.   Please confirm the amount of time we will have to speak so we can put together information that will be helpful for your group and be respectful of their time.   If you would like to gather a group of questions prior to the meeting and submit, we will be prepared to respond accordingly.   We have found this to be very helpful in previous meetings.

Again, I apologize for this not getting our my calendar as Ryan and I don’t recall a date was set at the last meeting.  We greatly appreciate you allowing us to come back and speak.   If I need to bring AV equipment please let me know in advance so I can be sure to have this ready and set up prior to 7 pm.

That's fine, we meet monthly. Our meetings are 4th Tuesdays, the next one is Tuesday March 22nd, 2016. I actually mentioned it to you when you attend the North East Central Durham Leadership Council Meeting and was sending a reminder.

 It understandable if fell off your radar, but I think it will give you the opportunity to get in front of as many as 20 different neighborhoods across the county. I can bring the fliers of information that Lorisa shared with the group and share your contact information for questions

I regret that I am unable to participate in your meeting.  I checked  for previous emails prior to this email.   I nor my management staff members do not find a request for our attendance prior to your email today.   A few days prior to a meeting does not allow me sufficient time to rearrange family obligations to attend.

I will be glad to participate in a future meeting. I however will need advance notice at least a week or more so that we can arrange this.

I would also request if your members have questions to please forward prior to the meeting so we can be prepared to provide a response.  It allows us to address possible new concerns since we have addressed reappraisal at a previous meeting of your group.
