This week at the Durham Roots Farmer's Market at Northgate:
(Saturday 8am to noon, Gregson St entrance)

Among the vendors:

Bull City Farm will be at the market on Saturday with:
Lard from our heritage breeds of pigs
Cuts of pork from our pasture raised animals including fresh ham roasts 
(which makes fantastic pulled pork!), boston butt and picnic, loin 
chops, sausage and ribs. Eggs from our Animal Welfare Approved chickens.

We're deep into produce from Dandies Farm:
Spring Kale
Green Leaf Lettuce
Green Summer Crisp Lettuce
Spinach Large Leaf
Rainbow Swiss Chard
