[Durham INC] Early voting update

From other such articles, it appears this is a very common “ban” across the nation. 

If you would like to change these laws in NC, you can always approach the folks who get
laws passed in the legislature. Certainly you’ve noticed that the majority of them
haven’t been acting in the best interests of Durham County voters, at least
since January 2011.
