[Durham INC] Special alert: W. Point Pavilion wall recognition extended through Eno Fest!

Quick update: DPF West Point Pavilion team voted to extend member
recognition benefit (donor wall) contribution level through Sat/Eno
festival!

West Point on the Eno, Durham's most popular park, is getting a new
Environmental Education Pavilion this summer! The NC State Summer Design
Studio, helmed by Ellen Cassilly of Ellen Cassilly Architects, and Randy
Lanou, Erik Melman and Scott Metheny of BuildSense, has selected this site
as their 2018 project. 

 

We're sending this because this is a gift for all of Durham, and the Durham
Parks Foundation needs your help to bring this project home. The students
are responsible for every step of the process, from the initial design
through construction to the final finishing touches, all in just 10 weeks!
In the end, they will deliver a $100,000 facility to the citizens of Durham.
The Durham Parks Foundation needs your support to raise $40,000 for
materials and supplies for this project.
