[Durham INC] Durham’s Open Air Drug Markets

With the passing of Mr. Anderson and the exploits he recorded on his "Bill TV" (video taping any number of open air drug markets and dealer hidden tactics),   he proved that they've been a part of Durham many more years than folks started to notice.

I'm not sure if "Bill TV" is still an active URL but his 'vigilante' antics were memorable!

Unfortunately, I live around the corner from one of Durham’s Open Air Drug Markets: it is located at [approximately] 604 Lakeland St Durham NC 27701. It’s not formally listed in the Yellow Pages as such.... but, ALL the locals know using, buying and selling, is the nature of business here.  Yesterday morning (October 29, 2018) a young woman was brutally raped and beaten beyond recognition at this Open Air Drug Lounge. She survived. As of this morning, her assailants had not been apprehended.
