[Durham INC] Lot by lot designation of urban/suburban

This seems like a really bad idea as a precedent especially for an elected official.

1908 Cedar Street Rezoning - December 16, 2020
Private property owners Erick and Jovonia Lewis are conducting a virtual neighborhood meeting on December 16, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, to discuss a proposed rezoning.  The property is currently zoned Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20). The applicant is proposing to rezone the property to Residential Urban - 5 (RU-5).  This proposed rezoning would give the applicant the opportunity at a later time, if desired, to subdivide their current .855 acres into two lots.  There are no current development plans to subdivide at this time.
