<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The survey will help them to identify the most important areas where resources from the County and City should be prioritized. Please note: All qualified respondents will be entered into a raffle where 20 people
will win a $100 gift card. All responses will remain anonymous and will only be used to help inform the local response to COVID-19 by the Durham City Council and Durham County Board of Commissioners as well as summarized in a short report that will be made
available to County and City officials and the public. </span></p>
