[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] Alere molecular strep test

I have heard from the Alere representative that CareSource is claiming responsibility for this claims issue.  It sounded like the claims fix would go into effect later this week.  So hopefully you will start seeing some progress at the beginning of May.

We changed to the Alere molecular strep test (which is CLIA waived) several months ago.  Careesource had been paying for the test in the beginning.  Recently, they have been denying it and even taking back payments.  We have been trying for weeks to get this resolved.

Does anyone else use the Alere molecular strep test and are you having the same problems?
