[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] Caresource & Buckeye Problems

I have spoken to our Carsource & Buckeye Reps ( as well as PFK reps)....they are aware of the issues and are currently working on a fix.  I was told to not send through appeals or corrections.  They are going to be issuing corrected claims payments as soon as the fix is completed.  I was given an ETA of 30 days.

This issue is obviously huge. Is anyone else having this problem, heard of an explanation, or know of a solution?

Hi Dr. Price, Dr. William Long asked me to send you a message about a problem our practice is having with Caresource and Buckeye Health Plan.We are getting denials for well visits because the health plans are showing that the child/patient has met the maxium benefits for well care. Not true in any case..We have a huge population of caresoure patients. We have hundreds of claims not paid. Are you aware of this problem? Any help you can give?
