[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] Practice Manager Webinar Series from Ohio AAP

The Ohio Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics has launched a Practice Management Webinar Series with the Parenting at Mealtime and Playtime (PMP) Program. The next training is on Thursday, January 21th from 12pm-2pm on How to Use Social Media and Engage Families with Dr. Nicole Baldwin. There are 2 CME/MOC Part 2 credits available for this training!
This training is open to providers, practice managers, nurses, office staff, community health workers, and allied health professionals! Anyone is welcome to join!

The objectives of this training are:

  *   Understand the importance of social media and using it to engage patients and families
  *   Utilize the different social media platforms to share information
  *   Learn tips and tricks on how to post specific content
  *   Become familiar with resources on how to further skills and education
Additional trainings include:

  *   Leadership, Culture, and Communication in the Era of COVID on February 24th @ 10am
  *   Navigating Screening Questionnaires (Date and time TBD)
