[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] COVID Vaccine Provider

We did not get an email from ODH.  We still need to do some educational
module (or something).  We purposely did not do this so that we might have
a little control as to when we start getting vaccine.  We would like to
wait until it is approved for 12 and up.  Also, I hear that they will ship
120 doses every week to start with and then 240 doses when we need to do
2nd doses as well.  While we can do this many in a week, this will really
tax our staff to do 240 doses every week for a period of time.
