Here's a couple of questions regarding environmental and safety compliance audits.


1.       Do you conduct audits of your EHS programs?


a.       How often?

b.      By facility type- office vs. manufacturing plant, lab, etc.?

c.       Does the audit cover safety and environmental compliance?


2.       Do you use 3rd party audits or in-house auditors?


3.       Do you have a process which reviews risk and determines frequency or is it determined based on time?
