[Esip-documentation] Coordinates attributes in ACDD

The page you identify as "the ACDD page" is not an ESIP or ACDD page. It is
a Unidata page describing NetCDF.
Given that the description of Coordinates on that page says that it is
trying to follow the CF standard, I think you should contact Unidata to ask
them about capitalization.
