[Esip-documentation] FAIR Metadata Recommendation

We will meet today at 12:00 MDT to discuss these name changes (see links below) and elements related to Accessibility… Will also review application of these ideas to DataCite metadata if people are interested...

Also checked the entity.* names and moved them to resource when appropriate.
