[Esip-preserve] Summary from today's telecon

Minutes from today's telecon are available on the ESIP wiki.

In addition, at today's meeting we started fleshing out a draft  
outline for the report we hope to produce as an outcome of the  
provenance and context workshop at this summer's ESIP Federation  
meeting.  That outline is available on the wiki, but is also included  
here for your convenience.  Please feel free to recommend changes,  
flesh out sections, etc.  I would like to have a fairly stable draft  
outline at the start of the workshop to help guide participants efforts.

     * Summary of the State of the Art
     * Lessons learned (use real examples where ever possible)
           o From past experiences
           o Experiences from other disciplines
     * Agency policies and constraints
     * Gaps
     * Research agenda
     * Implementation Strategy
