[Esip-preserve] Townhall abstract

I suspect that Sunday would be assigned only by a specific request. Sunday is not even part of the official Meeting dates of Dec 14-18.

I get the idea, but I don't know that we have a compelling argument.
It just sems more people will be around and fresh on Monday. I'm not
particularly bothered myself, except I know that Sunday will be hard
to attract anyone.
