Ruth -
While in many situations, protections for human subjects or for other
concerns, such as endangered species or critical infrastructure, etc.,
might be covered by law or legal agreement, we cannot assume that is
always the case, so we might want to add a clause, that alludes to other
restrictions as exceptions.
