These are the "production history" or "lineage" and we agree that they
are definitely part of the OAIS "Provenance Information".

and I'm fine with "Context Information" as defined by OAIS for those
things.

I believe those definitions are consistent with including the
"production audit" type information and "custodianship" with
"Provenance Information".
