[Esip-preserve] Vocabularies and Aliases

I was looking at Rama's spreadsheet during the telecon
and would be interested in seeing how Ray's ontology
would handle the difference in definitions and vocabulary
between the artifact descriptions for NASA and for NOAA.
The vocabularies considered in the W3C walkthrough
strike me as a bit general.  How would these map into
a resolution of the objects in the spreadsheet?
