Hi Curt,

I have a conflicting meeting I have to attend, but I hope to get out in time to discuss citation guidelines. Perhaps you can save that for last.

The guideline are  my first attempt to essentially upgrade the IPY guidelines to reflect our discussions and to fit in OK with the DataCite approach. I still need to go through the various points raised by Bruce in his use case analysis to see what we  have missed.
