In the last several meetings, we discussed the need to recommend
identifiers beyond data.  I created a (very sparse) page on the wiki
[2] to help organize these efforts.  I think we could use just some
general brainstorming on the needs of the activity to kick things off,
eventually moving into a more formal plan to gather requirements and
figure out exactly what we want to identify, (PCCS+Use cases),
evaluate and ultimately recommend identifiers similar to the approach
for data identifiers.  We could perhaps work these into the testbed
activities as well to try things out and illustrate some usage.
