Well, this approach didn't work as well as I thought it might.  I got
very few responses at all, and those were conflicted before I even
started.

I'm going to try again.

If many of you have standing meetings at common days/times of the
week, perhaps we would be best to keep the current day/time and just
shift to a new day of the month...

I'm going to propose simply shifting to a new day of the month.

I'm going to go ahead and make a poll, for the normal time, but on the
1st, or 3rd Wednesday of each the month.  (Please vote even if you
would like to call in, but can't make either of those times... we may
need to fall back on a larger calendar search.)

For now, I'm going to propose we go ahead and have the meeting for
this month on the 3rd week, 2012-04-18.

Please vote in the poll by 4/18 and we'll discuss the outcome at that
meeting.
