[Esip-preserve] Doodle poll for monthly telecons

Thanks for the suggestions everyone - I will work on revising the poll and sending out something later today (or tomorrow).

Sorry for the confusion, I was not sure how best to address this and I know we are on a time crunch with August approaching so I figured a complicated poll was better than nothing. But I am glad we have gotten some suggestions and I can make this better.

Hey Sarah -

A few suggestions if you can still edit/modify potential times -
- let's take the 9 and 10 EDT times off - that is 6 and 7 am PDT, so not feasible.
- let's automatically remove the conflicting ESIP calls:
-- 1st Thurs at 3 EDT is Info Tech and Interop
-- 2nd Tues at 4 is Discovery
-- 2nd Thurs at 2 EDT is the Executive Committee (Curt conflict)
-- 3rd Monday 3 EDT Products/Services
-- 3rd Wed at 12 EDT Documentation
-- 3rd Thurs at 3 EDT Data Decadal
- Leave the 5th week of August off the poll b/c it won't recur well (not a 5th ... in every month).

I might even simplify to an early option (12 pm EDT/9PDT) and an afternoon option (maybe 3 EDT/12 PDT) on days we don't already have telecons. That list is:
- 1st Friday
- 1st Monday
- 1st Wed
- 2nd Thurs/F
- 2nd Wed
- 3rd Tues, Thurs, Fri
- 4th Fri

As a follow up from the summer meeting, we are looking to find a new meeting time for the monthly telecons.  As usual, the meeting will be held once a month virtually using the Webex system.  When selecting a meeting time from the poll linked below, ignore specific dates and focus on the day and time - for example, we currently meet on the second Monday of the month at 2pm EST.  I apologize for the long poll, it is meant to capture the best day, time and week for the reoccurring meetings.  That makes things more complicated of course!

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.  The poll will be closed August 5th (giving you a week to fill it out).  We currently have a telecon scheduled for the 12th.  Theoretically we may change that based on the poll results but keep an eye out for updates.
