[Esip-preserve] USGS Releases Data Management Instructional Memos

Hi all,

USGS has released the long-awaited data management policies, in place
currently as "Instructional Memos":

• IM OSQI 2015.01 - Scientific Data Management Foundation

• IM OSQI 2015.02 - Metadata for Scientific Data, Software, and Other
Information
  Products (http://www.usgs.gov/usgs-manual/im/IM-OSQI-2015-02.html)

• IM OSQI 2015.03 - Review and Approval of Scientific Data for Release
  (http://www.usgs.gov/usgs-manual/im/IM-OSQI-2015-03.html)

• IM OSQI 2015.04 - Preservation Requirements for Digital Scientific Data
  (http://www.usgs.gov/usgs-manual/im/IM-OSQI-2015-04.html)

In addition, the Memos are supported by the USGS Data Management Website:
