[Esip-preserve] possible session at ESIP

I think this is a good idea.  While we'll definitely cover some of this
during the reporting out / planning session, we won't be able to devote as
much time to this question as it deserves.

By the way, it is now official: the Data Stewardship "reporting out" and
"planning" sessions will now be one combined session.
