[Esip-preserve] RDA Recommendations

Thanks Ruth and Justin.

A key question I have for the group is if you think it would be worth posting something on behalf of the whole Stewardship Committee.

I encourage you all to comment as individuals, but a group comment might cary more weight, even if it’s as simple as "we think the Citation Recommendation is great and we will encourage ESIP members to adopt it.”

I’ve also read the DSA-WDS Partnership Working group’s Common Procedures document.  The only comment I had on it was that it will need a good communication plan to all the existing WDS and DSA archives.  I haven’t waded through the much longer Common Requirements document yet however.
