> THOR is pleased to announce the launch of a new persistent identifier (PID) dashboard tool. As part of our sustainability efforts, the dashboard will monitor the evolution of the PID landscape over the life of the THOR project. It provides a baseline for the current state of PID infrastructures upon which the project will build, giving us a way to track our progress in impacting the PID ecosystem. This first iteration of the dashboard incorporates statistics from our consortium partners DataCite and ORCID, as exemplars of research object identifiers and researcher identifiers, respectively.

> You can find the dashboard at http://dashboard.project-thor.eu <http://dashboard.project-thor.eu/>, along with a report documenting its development at https://zenodo.org/record/46761 <https://zenodo.org/record/46761>. Check it out and send your feedback, questions and comments to info at project-thor.eu <mailto:info at project-thor.eu>.

> THOR (Technical and Human Infrastructure for Open Research) is a 30 month project funded by the European Commission. Comprised of ten consortium partners, we are working to establish a sustainable international e-infrastructure for persistent identifiers that enables long-term access to critical information about the life cycle of research projects. See http://project-thor.eu/ <http://project-thor.eu/> for more information.
