Hi all,
A couple of follow-ups from yesterday's committee call.
1. There was a question about the ESIP Figshare portal during the call,
specifically how it relates to the ESIP Commons. I asked Bruce Caron, and
his response was that the ESIP Commons is being phased out, and the
Figshare portal is taking over the functionality of file/document posting
and sharing. Materials from the upcoming Summer meeting, for example, will
be posted on the Figshare portal. Here is the link to the portal front
page: https://esip.figshare.com/
2. If you are not able to attend the July ESIP summer meeting, but have a
presentation or discussion topic for the committee, let me know. We will
reserve some time during the next telecon for this, 6/19 at 2:00pm ET.
Best,
Matt
