[Esip-preserve] Where are the data citation guidelines?

What do you mean exactly by doesn't work? When I go to https://dx.doi.org/ and
put it in it resolves to http://commons.esipfed.org/node/308
<http://commons.esipfed.org/node/308>. Is this not the intended information
for this DOI?
